Community forms the bedrock of our 3 pillars, INSPIRE, EMPOWER, and DEVELOP which strive to build a tailored, integrated and cohesive support system through a mutually reinforcing model.

All with the mission of unlocking the infinite possibilities of each child.

WE INSPIRE

INSPIRE is the first pillar for Cahaya Community. Our purpose is to INSPIRE , engage and understand children better.

We organize mentorship and learning journeys through our partnership with community actors. With community support, spirit and care, we get to build lasting, meaningful relationships with them and their families.

WE EMPOWER

EMPOWER is our second pillar. Our purpose is to EMPOWER parents as they do their best for their children and family.

We partner fellow do-gooders to carry out livelihood support and psychosocial support. We believe that these activities help parents to cope better with a stronger sense of physical and emotional tenacity.

WE DEVELOP

DEVELOP is our third pillar. Our purpose is to DEVELOP volunteers as critical agents of change in our communities.

We carry out peer-led immersive sessions and practical workshops with experts to focus on different skills to strengthen volunteers’ capacity. Through these, we build a stronger team of us.
